Meet Your CPA - Victoria W. Jones, CPA, MBA, CGMA
Vicki has over 25 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and is the founder of Jones & Company CPA, LLC. Vicki began her public accounting career serving a variety of public and privately owned clients with a specialization in nonprofits and higher education entities at Coopers & Lybrand. As Coopers & Lybrand became PricewaterhouseCoopers, she was a member of the nonprofit industry group and gained experience working from the Birmingham, AL, Richmond, VA and Washington, DC offices for clients across the eastern United States. Prior to starting her own firm, Vicki worked as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for the Thomas Jefferson Foundation (Monticello) and as the Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer for the University of Virginia Law School Foundation.
She is an active volunteer in her community, helping with church Council and Grace Grocery at Crozet United Methodist Church and is currently serving on the board of the local Thomas Jefferson chapter of the Virginia Society of CPAs. She has previously served as Treasurer for AHIP and Western Albemarle Lacrosse Club, and as a member of the Executive and Nominations Committee and Finance Committee chair for the Virginia Society of CPAs.
Vicki and her family reside in Crozet. Her daughter is studying at Auburn University and her son is active in high school football and lacrosse. She enjoys pickleball, Jazzercise and cheering on her kids' sports.

Meet Your Bookkeeper Manager - Beth Bassett
Beth provides monthly bookkeeping services for the firm’s clients and is proficient in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. Beth’s experiences as a small business owner and past nonprofit board member provide her with direct understanding of clients’ bookkeeping needs.
Beth is also a licensed Realtor® with Roy Wheeler Realty Co. and a proud member of Women United Together in Philanthropy. Beth and her family reside in Crozet; their two sons keep her busy in the evenings and on the weekends with various activities including music, lacrosse and football.

Meet Your Bookkeeper - Justine Donnelly
Justine is a Crozet native that began bookkeeping while she and her husband ran their own playground building company. While no longer building playgrounds, she continues to keep the books for a variety of the firm's clientele and has a strong belief in the value of financial data to help clients put their talents into action.
Justine enjoys giving back to her community and serves as Secretary with the White Hall Ruritan Club. When not chasing after her two small daughters, she can be found teaching Pilates, working on constructing her house or helping on her family’s cattle farm.

Christa has worked in accounting since 2005. Her work has included nonprofit, public and private small business accounting.
Christa and her husband grew up in Albemarle County and are residents of Crozet. Their teenage daughter keeps them very busy with field hockey, swimming, and lacrosse throughout the year. The family’s two Jack Russell Terriers are a constant source of joy and entertainment. Christa enjoys volunteering for Foxfield Races and The Crozet Arts and Crafts Festival.
